The last few months have given us some delicious vegetables that the students have made into creative and scrumptious dishes. We have harvested lettuce, kale, broccoli, arugula, mint, parsley, cauliflower, and spinach to make smoothies, pesto pasta, frittatas, kale chips, tea, and much more. Please support our students by donating starter plants or caring for the garden. If you come by please pick a few leaves but leave the rest for the students.
